RIM seems to be having a outage that’s affecting the entire UK. At this time we do not have anymore information but as it comes in, we will update the post.
EDIT: Verified by RIM that there they “are having some difficulty with our EU BlackBerry Infrastructure”.

RIM have said that they have a gateway issue.
No fix time yet.
May be the same problem is affecting other servers in europe.
I have problem with my BES in Italy:(srp.it.blackberry.net & srp.eu).blackberry.net seems not to work.
Can anyone confirm this, please?
Thanks a lot.
In Germany there is no BB-Service avaible at the moment
By the way…every BES in Europe connects to the NOC in the UK!
SRP.eu.blackberry.com also has an issue in NL
Update.
The BIS service seems also not to work in Italy.
same problem in Switzerland
Service seems to be back just now
Update.
Everything is working now.
Our live server is based in UK our failure server is in Austria oh that didnt work then!
UK appears back up, however don’t know how stable the service is.
it would appear that the relay has come back online however it will take some time for all devices and servers to fully reconnect and restore usual service. I would give it a few hours …
Seems to be quite flakey still, not seeing any movement on delivering queued messages
Just spoken to RIM.
They logged my query with a specific ticket number, and say this issue is with their top support under reference BB122535
As just confirmed to me on the phone, this outage is covering the EMEA region, not just UK.
My BES Server (UK) SRP is currently disconnected. Had a brief reconnection around 15.04 BST, but it does not seem reliable at the moment.
RIM logged this as a ticket from me, and will email me when this is “fixed”. When I get that update, I will post it.
ours is working in the UK now (o2)
problem in Portugal no bis no pin-pin nothing
Our UK Voda connection has been stable since RIM came back 30 mins ago (15:00 BST). We are geographically very close to RIM’s NOC so that could have something to do with it.
Our BES is in Madrid, I am based in London and all is well since RIM came back online

Still no official word from RIM, but just got this from o2
==========================
O2 regrets to inform you that a fault affecting our BlackBerry service was identified earlier this afternoon. This resulted in a loss of service to some of our customers. The fault is within RIM’s network. RIM & O2 engineers have been engaged and we have now been informed that service is restored.
Spoke to Voda 5 mins ago and they still had no new news and said it was ongoing. We are still fine since 15:00 BST.
Does anyone know if there is a problem with the blackberry netwaor today? as i don’t seem to be able to connect to the servers and recweive emails or access websites
