RIM is currently having issues with their ETP service, which effects
wireless activation but NOT service.
Once again Email Service to Blackberry devices is not affected.
Currently it only affects wireless activation in North America.
Until this is resolved all activations must be done via wired connection and Desktop Manager.
RIM states that this issue should be resolved by morning.

I just got a replacement phone, and Sprint said there was an outage that had been going on since Thursday and that my new phone could not get on the network. Is this bad information about this outage and it’s still going on, or is it another outage?
