We’re getting reports in that Vodafone UK are experiencing issue with their London datacentre.
Email and replication are slow but working, and data services (BBM, IM, browsing etc) are slow/unresponsive. Activation is working however is taking much much longer than usual.
Update…
It appears not only the UK is effected, Germany seem to be having issues aswell.

As advised to me by one of my UK carriers:
“There is a planned outage within the European BlackBerry network scheduled for the 26th September within the time window of 0200 and 0600 BST. RIM expect the duration of the outage to be no more than 2 hours.
This outage will result in the loss of BlackBerry data services, and end users may be unable to send and receive BlackBerry messages
If you have any queries relating to this fault, please contact the BlackBerry support team by replying to this email or calling on the usual telephone number, quoting Case Reference 5424003.”

We’ve been getting alerts for the last couple hours that BIS is down for AT&T and T-Mobile right now in North America. If you hear or know of more carriers that are down, please post so in the comments.

People in Sacramento, CA are experiencing a DATA outage. The Verizon rep is reporting an outage on their end from Turlock over to Tracy and north of Sacramento.
