		<description>I have a blackberry storm 9500 which I purchased a few weeks ago mainly for e-mail which was set up by the agent but after a few days it stopped and remains so now for about a week&#124;&#124;&#124; this affects my business badly and I&#039;m about to give up on RIM.</description>

		<description>My email stopped working yesterday around 5pm PT, and continously through this morning. When I sent a test message earlier it stated &quot;Message Status: User account is in INVALID mode.&quot; So I looked around the forums and discovered that you have to go into https://bis.na.blackberry.com and validate your email again. Now my email is working fine! Wish they would announce this to us or something though.</description>
