Hickory Hills, IL, running into this problem.
TMO is down in NYC. Voice & Data. No ETA on resolution
Katy/Houston running into this problem. 911 calls only
Been seeing it since a bit after 6pm EST. In the South Florida area. Phone was on SOS, wouldn’t acquire mobile network or UMA. Rebooted a few times to no avail. GSM let me place calls to non TMo numbers. I could not receive any calls. Some data services worked, such as BBM, I didn’t test much else.
SOS in the corner – failed sms msg atempts starting at 6pm central time . no incoming or outgoing txts or calls 77573 zip league city/kemah/clear lake
San Francisco Bay Area – G1 Phone – Cannot send Text.
Calls and emails are ok.
TMobile site seems broken too.
G1 phone, no bars, “x’ed out” icon

Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Blackberry 8520. Started seeing this problem about 3:30pm pst:
Calls ok. Web browsing ok. T-Mobile website down. Cannot send or recieve texts. Had the SOS in the corner for a while, then went to GSM, now at EDGE. Texts say “Network Out Of Order” when they do not send and appear with a red X.
When making an outgoing call it rings then it gives you a busy signal and you can do is txt
The Woodlands, Magnolia and Conroe TX are also effected. Localized to 2G phones as my 3G phones still work.
t-mobile is having problem’s in arkansas also.. i have been having problem’s with the data service in arkansas… it may say i have edge in all caps but i have no data coming in or going out… i called t-mobile for a week strate and got a t-mobile t3 tec to look at the problem….they said they found a problem in the network and called me the next day after they ( fixed ) the problem but the same day he called the network went out again… they first thought it was my simcard so they said they ( sending) me a new one but when i called back 4 days later i found out i got the credit for the new simcard but no simcard…so the same day they sent me a new one and gave me another credit and i got this simcard this time… they also exchange my phone and none of this has helped.. And at 11pm i lose my upper case edge word and i don’t get it back untill the next day..and t-mobile is sending me a new phone yet again and at the time this post is being made i’m still waiting for the new phone.. i made the order on saturday so i’m sure it will be here by wed of this week…And i have also seen my web signal from blackberry stop working Has anyone else have this problem? please let me know and send me a e-mail to boostberry75@gmail.com and let me know… and thank you in advance and MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR….
and i forgot to say my radio on my blackberry 8820 has been turning off and stay’s like that for about a min and then turn’s back on… and t-mobile say’s it’s not the network and it can’t do it but it’s not me.. so then what? and when i have no data service but i have the upper case edge word i can call fine and text but no internet so is that the bis server’s or just t-mobile?
