We’re getting reports in that Verizon is having a nation wide Blackberry outage. At this time we don’t have a ETA or trouble ticket on this issue. Please comment below if you have any updated information.

Just an FYI: Maor data #outage on Tmobile in at least Southern California.  No data period for any phone GSM access only, confirmed with many users, unsure of scale of outage.

VZW NorthEast Data Problems

Verizon has been experiencing data outages since approximately 1:30PM – 3:14PM.  Verizon says this has impacted the East Coast preventing data, SMS, and PIN traffic.

This outage has been verified in Washington, DC and Annapolis, MD. We also just received a report of VZW outage for all of Northeast.

As of right now it appears the services are once again available, however noticeably slow for the time being.

This just in.
4:16pm EST – There is currently an outage in the Northeast affecting ALL Data Services including Mobile Web, VZ Nav, Chaperone, and all other data services.
You do not need to call in a trouble ticket, we are working to resolve as quickly as possible.

The Rogers Enterprise Service Centre has been advised of the following planned maintenance activity
Notification Type: Planned (New)
Service Affected: GPRS
Area Affected: Atlantic Canada, Québec and Ontario
Date: Thursday, November 13th, 2008
Start Time: 12:00 AM (EST)
End Time: 06:00 AM (EST)
Estimated Outage Length: 120 minutes
Work Summary: Rogers will be performing network upgrades in the above mentioned regions. During this time mobile data devices may experience service interruptions.
Additional Comments/Update: There will be a continuation of the above work on Friday November 14th, 2008. During the same maintenance window.
