NA PIN/BBM issues between NA and UK (and possibly others)
Mar 30th
Reported from: Jadey <jadey[at]blackberryforums.com>
There seems to be an issue with data between NA and UK (and possibly others) via PIN & therefore BBM.
Typical symptoms are that non-NA BBs can PIN/BBM devices in NA, but if NA BBs attempt a reply and/or new message, the non-NA contact appears unreachable in Blackberry messenger and no delivery status appears on PIN
messages.
I tested this with a contact at RIM 10 minutes ago (he is in Canada) and he could not get a PIN message to me. He received my PIN, although it shows as D not R on BB.
UK-UK is fine.
I have logged this with RIM, my reference is RQST00006633925.
Am waiting for update from RIM.
