We’re getting reports in that Verizon is having a nation wide Blackberry outage. At this time we don’t have a ETA or trouble ticket on this issue. Please comment below if you have any updated information.

Verizon Wireless Service Bulletin – Tracking Number 11, 229

This Service Bulletin is provided as part of the Verizon Wireless Network Notifications Program. We have become aware of the following development which may affect your service:

Start Time: 09:57:00 CDT
Affected Services: Broadband Access, NationalAccess
Affected Location: Georgia/Alabama
Customer Impact: Customers in the affected locations may experience an interruption in service.

Efforts to restore full service to those affected customers are in progress. We will update you periodically on the status and will inform you when service is restored. Although you are receiving this notice, your service at your location may not be impacted. We appreciate your patience.

VZW NorthEast Data Problems
Verizon has been experiencing data outages since approximately 1:30PM – 3:14PM. Verizon says this has impacted the East Coast preventing data, SMS, and PIN traffic.
This outage has been verified in Washington, DC and Annapolis, MD. We also just received a report of VZW outage for all of Northeast.
As of right now it appears the services are once again available, however noticeably slow for the time being.

4:16pm EST – There is currently an outage in the Northeast affecting ALL Data Services including Mobile Web, VZ Nav, Chaperone, and all other data services.
You do not need to call in a trouble ticket, we are working to resolve as quickly as possible.
